Each Diamond Corporation SA jewellery piece must be returned with its original guarantee card or documentation. The replacement or repair will be at the sole discretion of Diamond Corporation SATM after the Diamond Corporation SA quality assessment has been completed. A replacement or repair will take a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of eight weeks. If for whatever reason the exact item is irreplaceable or irreparable - a suitable equivalent will be offered. Any item that has been sized will not be guaranteed. Any item that has been tampered with in any way will not be guaranteed. Damage caused by accident or lack of care will not be guaranteed.
