Gabriella sent me a WhatsApp and asked for a convenient time to confirm my order. She called and patiently echoed every detail of my order back to me from the system on her side, making sure the specs were exactly what I intended. She then explained the entire process and the feedback I would receive as well as a projected timeline. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy and surprised by the accurate timing and easy tracking. Sturdy packaging, courier insisted on a pin before handover. Excellent customer service, beautiful product.
