I bought earring online and was in touch with Reiner via what’s up. I was a little bit worry at the beginning as I was not in SA and had only few days in Johannesburg for work to collect it. Reiner made sure my earring will be ready on time before I fly back. I am so happy with the result. I got 2 GIA certificate as well and the boutique was 40 mins from Johannesburg so easy drive.
